Summary

They are without financial means and the support network of the family and are left to build on their own feet. Heaven is a place of potential emotional and physical trauma and years in a care facility where they often failed to learn stable human relationships or how to function in society. More than half of them are homeless, in deep drug addiction, or in federal custody. Within the project, a large-format painting was created that depicts the experience of children from institutional care.
