Due to the duplication of the Contract, the price list and the agreement regarding the buyer's part, due to the seller's outstanding and uncontrollable control measures, as well as the buyer and the seller's unilateral modification of the contract (due to the distribution of the motor vehicle, the buyer's rights between the seller and the European Central Bank's euro exchange rate increase and the HUF/EUR exchange rate increase), the buyer automatically receives the modified valid HUF purchase price on an offer requested for determination. In the Contract and/or by the GPL Factory in Hungary, the Purchaser automatically calculates the day of delivery to the Hdlmayr Hungária Logistics Korlátolt Felsség Társaság factory location at the modified exchange rate for the size of the vehicle compared to the EURHUF exchange rate, based on which the HUF purchase price already stated in the Contract and/or the offer previously made in relation to the Vehicle was determined on the requested offer.
