Summary

FabLab Rwanda, established in May 2016 in partnership with the ICT Chamber, Rwanda Development Board, JICA, and other government bodies, was formed as a fabrication and hardware innovation hub. The company was inspired by successful Software Innovators at KLAB and aims to replicate those strategies, specifically to create a Fabrication Laboratory that supports Hardware Innovators. By leveraging lessons learned and collaboration, the organization launched three new physical labs: one in Huye, another in Rwamagana, and one currently underway.
