This evaluation relies on data collected during a review process that is carried out together with the relevant U.S. Department of Commerce. Consequently, the Commission has not yet determined the level of adequacy for the data transferred since the notification of this Decision, which is subject to close consultation with the Committee established under Article 931 of Regulation EU 2016679. Additionally, the European Data Protection Board has not yet assessed this adequacy level.
