In the year of Italian cuisine recognized as a UNESCO heritage site, the Associations of Cia-Italian Farmers, for direct sales, and Turismo Verde, for the promotion of agritourism, are relaunching targeted projects between agritourisms, markets and schools to protect and enhance food quality at the table. The activity expands beyond specific projects to improve the quality of agriculture and guarantee the food well-being of the area, with the aim of protecting companies and families from the speculative market in favor of sustainability. Furthermore, CAA Liguria asks the Liguria Region to monitor the fight against speculative actions on the energy product markets and to evaluate support actions for the most exposed agricultural sectors, to ensure safe and sustainable supply of the agricultural economy and local communities.
