Summary

Customer may not permit any person without Cellular Tracking Technologies prior written consent to use the Software outside of integrated parts, sell, lease, assign, or otherwise make available it to third parties, download or upload it to external devices, or transmit it via authorized wireless networks and customer browsers. Additionally, Customer cannot modify re-engineer dissemble, compile, decompile, or recompile the Software, copy or duplicate it, remove trademark or copyright notices, or transfer or disclose it to others. The Wireless Service must be pre-loaded during delivery, allowing Customer to receive data, updates, and information regarding the equipment while the Data Access Fee remains active, subject to Cellular Tracking Technologies' discretion regarding service discontinuation or termination with no prior liability.
