Summary

In the current work, various organizational constellations are exemplarized, highlighting central tasks such as creating and coordinating AIA and BIM BAP procurement requirements. The present software is located in the planning broom, with many other issues also being discussed.

Additionally, surveys conducted among members of the German Technical Institute of Engineers, the Ingebros engineering group, and the German Building Society revealed that other questions remain unsolved within the context of the project.

In this framework, different organizational setups are described, and key operational tasks like AIA and BIM planning coordination are emphasized. The software currently held is available for use in the planning broom, alongside several other unaddressed challenges.
